I needed a diversion during my lunch today and started playing with a new online toy called Bitstrips. Maybe I’ll find time to play some more later.

We created this blog to keep friends and family updated about our adoption journey and to share our adventures with other adoptive families. Little did we know that our plans to adopt from Ethiopia would lead us to our son right here in the USA. Cute, and fairly accurate. Your face is perfect, but you are unkind to your waistline. I’m sure Shannon’s eyes bulge when Joe does a runner! It’s nice to know you are so heavily weighed down with work that you have time for this stuff. . . although I admit, I enjoyed it. (Hey, where’s your soul patch?)

Well, the fact that I’m eating my lunch at my computer rather than getting up and walking might explain the waistline!!!
